Welcome to Print Buddy! These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made via our website and govern your use of our services. By placing an order through our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Use. An order placed through the Print Buddy website constitutes your offer to purchase the selected products or services. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
Print Buddy reserves the right to reject or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to errors in pricing, product description, availability, or breach of these Terms.
2. Pricing & Payment
All prices listed on our website are in the local currency and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. Items in your cart are not secured until the order is confirmed and paid in full.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel orders affected by such errors. Payment must be made using approved methods at the time of checkout.
3. Product Accuracy & Colour Representation
We strive to display product colours and descriptions as accurately as possible. However, due to variations in screen settings and materials, we cannot guarantee exact colour matches.
Tip: Use CMYK colours to ensure your print matches what you see on screen.
4. Privacy & Security
We are dedicated to protecting your privacy and ensuring your personal information remains secure. To prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have implemented appropriate physical, electronic, and administrative safeguards. For further details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
5. File Submission
Customers are responsible for maintaining backups of their files. Print Buddy accepts no responsibility for corrupted or lost files submitted for printing.
6. Delivery Processing & Times

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Overnight delivery cut-off time: 3:00 PM Monday to Friday.

Orders placed on Friday will be delivered on the next working day.
Delivery Areas:

Deliveries are limited to verified residential or commercial addresses in New Zealand.

No deliveries to virtual offices.
Delivery Charges:

Charges depend on size, weight, and delivery location.

Costs are displayed at checkout.
Freight Delays:

Print Buddy dispatches orders promptly, but we cannot guarantee courier timelines.

No refunds will be issued for courier delays after dispatch. Tracking info is provided at dispatch—check your spam folder if not received.
7. Returns & Refund Policy
We stand by the quality of our products and offer returns in accordance with New Zealand Consumer Laws.
You may return goods if:

They are damaged, defective, or incorrect.

They arrive with visible damage or don’t match your order.
All returns must include the original packaging and invoice. Freight cost will be borne by the customer.
Refunds:

Issued to the original payment method within 7 business days.

Not applicable to freight delays or delivery rejections after dispatch.
Replacements:

Any item returned due to damage, fault, or our error will be replaced at no additional cost.
Signature Deliveries:

All orders are shipped without requiring a signature (Authority To Leave). Signature services are not included in our shipping rates.
8. Prohibited Content
You may not upload or use the service to process content that:

Print Buddy reserves the right to reject, edit, or delete any content at our sole discretion.
9. Limitation of Liability
For customers in trade, the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 does not apply. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses or delays. It is your responsibility to ensure goods meet legal labelling and packaging requirements.
10. Changes to Terms
Print Buddy may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our site constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

Details
Order Processing
Orders placed during weekends or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
For Overnight and Rural Delivery services, the daily cut-off time is 3:00 pm, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Please note that orders submitted on Fridays and public holidays will be scheduled for delivery on the following business day.
Order Tracking
Following the dispatch of your order, you will receive an email from our delivery partners with a track & trace link so that you can track the shipment at anytime.
Understanding Delivery Delays
We work with trusted freight companies to provide Overnight Delivery (excluding Rural addresses) and follow strict cut-off times to meet their dispatch schedules. While most orders arrive on time, delays can occasionally occur due to factors such as freight disruptions, road closures, or incorrect addresses. Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be sent to you—please check your junk or spam folder if you cannot find them.
Please note that refunds cannot be provided for delays, delivery failures, or rejections by freight providers. Our responsibility is fulfilled once your order has been printed and dispatched on time. If, for any reason, we are unable to meet the cut-off time, we will contact you to discuss available options.
Returns & Refunds
Order Issues
If there is an issue with your order, such as:
- Incorrect print specifications
- Damaged products
- Defective print quality
- Missing items
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at [support email or contact form]. Be sure to include your order number and detailed photos of the issue.
Returns
Due to the custom nature of printed products, we do not accept returns for reasons unrelated to a production error (e.g., customer errors, typos, or design issues not caused by us).
However, if the error is on our part, we will:
- Reprint the order at no additional cost, or
- Issue a full or partial refund, depending on the situation.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed only if:
- The issue is reported within 7 days of delivery.
- Sufficient evidence (photos or video) of the defect/damage is provided.
- The issue is confirmed to be due to our error.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to reflect, depending on your financial institution.
Color Variations
Please note that slight color variations may occur due to differences in screen calibration and printing processes. These are not considered defects and are not eligible for refunds or reprints.
Customer Design Responsibility
Customers are responsible for ensuring that their files are print-ready and meet our specifications. We are not liable for issues resulting from:
- Low-resolution images
- Spelling/grammar errors
- Improper file formatting
