Processing Time

24 hour dispatch time is to be expected of all orders. Shipping times will vary between 1 to 3 days depending on your address. 1-2 days for Urban regions, 2-3 days for Rural areas. 

Orders placed on Friday, the weekends or public holidays will be dispatched on the next working day. 

Delivery Time frames

Overnight Delivery:
Orders within standard service areas will be delivered within 1-2 working days from the time of dispatch. 

Rural Areas:
Deliveries to rural or remote areas may take 2-3 working days depending on your location.

Delivery Areas

We deliver across the country, including rural and remote regions. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete to avoid delays.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and size of your order. Free shipping available for qualifying orders above 75 dollars.

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched. You can track your parcel’s progress anytime.
